In this research, we propose the development of a framework capable of centrally managing knowledge—existing in various data formats and distributed across multiple systems—within an organization or company. This framework will possess a comprehensive understanding of the organization's total knowledge and will be able to correct errors within the corporate Knowledge Base (KB) by cross-referencing information against corresponding Wikidata entities. The core component of this framework is a combination of a private KB (Wikibase) for storing internal organizational knowledge and a public KB (Wikidata) serving as a reference to enrich the private KB. The system we intend to build includes a chatbot feature that enables accurate, context-aware responses to inquiries from both internal teams and external clients. If an answer cannot be found within the KB, the framework can connect to Wikidata to retrieve additional information. Another key feature of the framework is its ability to rectify errors in internal data and enrich responses when information is not available internally.
