This CoE is dedicated to advancing the application of cutting-edge data science within the social and health domains. Our research framework operates on three pillars: Social Analytics: Processing multi-source data to model social interactions and community dynamics. Health & Well-being Analytics: Synthesizing data from IoT wearables, EMRs, and health applications to improve precision health. Cross-Domain Integration: Analyzing the reciprocal influence between social determinants and health outcomes. A core differentiator of this CoE is our use of graph representations to model domain-specific knowledge. By structuring data into knowledge graphs, we enable more sophisticated reasoning, system planning, and business process alignment, ensuring that well-being services are both data-driven and contextually aware.
